Sherzod Ibragimov is the Director of Built to Rent Acquisitions for Ark Homes For Rent. Sherzod has a background in commercial real estate covering a broad spectrum of transactions including multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, urban redevelopment projects and capital markets deals covering a variety of property types and geographies. Most recently, Sherzod oversaw commercial investments into office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout Miami at Fifteen Group. Prior to Fifteen Group, he was in charge of multifamily acquisitions at New York-based Gaia Real Estate and transacted on over $1.5 billion of acquisition and sale deals across the Sunbelt markets. Prior to joining Gaia, Sherzodwas part of Cushman & Wakefield’s investment banking group in New York where he advised Fortune-500 companies on occupancy, development, sale and structured financings. Sherzodholds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
